New-patches: lord@regexps.com--2002/arch--lord--1.0--patch-55

`push-mirror' updates a read-only copy of an archive.

`push-new-revisions' is useful with `notify'. It invokes
		`push-mirror'

`archive-readme'
`category-readme'
`branch-readme'
`version-readme': retrieve =README files from archives.

`valid-package-name': new option (--no-arch) for when explicit
		      archive names are forbidden

`with-archive': when there is already a `with-ftp' session running,
preserve the property that the invoked command
		starts in the home directory.
